TBS undertook a major M&E design & build project to rebrand and refurbish 9 No. Fitness First Clubs UK wide. The associated works involved full HVAC services refurbishment and replacement including hot and cold water services, ventilation systems, BMS controls systems and new air-conditioning systems through-out to all facilities.

TBS together with the client decided upon Daikin Uk when supplying and installing their new 'Self Cleaning' range of internal cassette units to provide heat pump air conditioning through-out the gym space and changing rooms which in turn illustrated an advanced cost saving in respect of ongoing maintenance routines and overall energy efficiency in running costs.
